This is a mentoring program for at risk youth, that pairs youth with adult mentors in order to assist the youth in becoming productive citizens. Mentors meet with youth one on one guiding them in the right direction

The Youth Serve program focuses primarily on youth who are of middle and early high school age. This age group is particularly problematic and a perfect time for mentoring to be effective. At-risk young people have lost faith in the possibilities that await them if they are successful in putting their lives together. Youth Serve is here to restore that hope.

mental health & counseling services
We provide educational support for mental health including videos, workbooks, and self-help guides. We also run several support groups for mental health. These resources are available online and in person. Youth can access them at p21x.com
We DO NOT directly provide professional therapy services, but we refer to other agencies to be able to link youth with these services. These agencies can provide counselors to come to your home or see youth at our Teen Centers once they re-open. Most accept insurance and some offer sliding sale fees for uninsured youth.

Healing Educational Alternatives for Deserving Students (HEADS): We started providing services to adolescents who were residing in residential care and were released to the community without a stable placement because traditional foster homes are unqualified to deal with their presenting behaviors. This created a void in the system which became the genesis of Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care. We incorporated outpatient services into our delivery system in 2012 and now serve hundreds of children and adults across 17 counties in the State

Sequel Care: Through a continuum of services, SequelCare, a division of Sequel Youth and Family Services, provides education, counseling and supervision to individuals and families in their home community. SequelCare professionals work in conjunction with local resources to develop a strength-based plan to support success for our consumers
