Let's Talk 🙃

WHAT WE BELEIVE (US NOT YOU, YOU'RE FREE TO BELEIVE AS YOU WISH)

A real faith for real people—Jesus, not religion

This is what I believe.

Not because it’s trendy. Not because someone told me to.

But because I’ve lived it, wrestled with it, doubted it, and still choose it.

You don’t have to believe all this right now. You don’t have to have it all figured out.

But if you’re searching for something deeper, this might be the sign you didn’t know you needed.

 1.Faith Is About Seeking—Not Certainty

Faith isn’t about declaring you know everything or being the smartest voice in the room. It’s about being humble enough to admit you don’t have all the answers—but hungry enough to keep searching anyway.

Faith is trust. Faith is longing. Faith is being open to something bigger than yourself.

The moment you think you’ve got it all figured out—that’s not faith anymore. That’s pride.

Faith stays alive when we stay curious, honest, and willing to let God shape us—one step at a time.

 2.

God Is Real—and Bigger Than We Imagine

God is not a man in the sky or an invisible judge keeping score.

God is the divine source of everything—the presence that createdcreates, sustains, and moves through all of life.

God is not limited by human images, categories, or church doctrine.

We don’t define God. God defines us. And that’s good news.

 3.

You Were Made Good—with Infinite Worth

You were created in the image of God. You are not garbage. You are not junk.

You are not too far gone.

You were made with purpose, value, creativity, and unique gifts.

You have meaning. You are significant. You are loved. Full stop.

 4.

We Fall Short—and It Starts in the Heart

Sin isn’t just a list of bad behaviors. It’s not about how many rules you’ve broken or whether you’ve made someone else’s “naughty list.”

Sin is anything that violates the will of our Creator— (delete dash)when we ignore what we were made to do, ordo or do what God never meant for us to do.

It’s not just about what you do—it’s about why.

Two people can do the same thing—but God sees the heart behind it.

A woman who steals diapers for her baby in desperation may not be the greater sinner.

A proud religious man ripping people off might be. That’s why Jesus praised the humble tax collector and warned the self-righteous Pharisee.

God doesn’t just see what you’ve done—He sees who you are, what’s broken, and what can be healed.

We all fall short. But He doesn’t leave us stuck—He offers restoration.

 5.

Jesus Came to Restore What’s Broken

Jesus came not just to forgive,  (remove comma) but to restore.

He showed us what God looks like. He healed, loved, challenged, forgave, and then took on the full weight of our sin and suffering.

His death wasn’t a loophole—it was love in action.

His resurrection wasn’t just a miracle—it was the start of a whole new way of being human.

 6.

Faith in Jesus Is a Real Commitment

Following Jesus isn’t just saying a prayer or quoting Bible verses.

It’s a decision. A direction. A real shift in how we live, love, and lead.

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have it all together.

But you can’t fake it either.

Faith isn’t passive. It’s personal. It’s surrender and trust.

It’s stepping into a new way of life—one that transforms you from the inside out.

 7.

The Bible Is Sacred—but Not a Rulebook

The Bible is a powerful, sacred collection of writings from people who encountered God in their own [HSL3] time and place.

It’s inspired—but not inerrant.

It was written in a different world, with different customs, under the guidance of the Spirit.

God hasn’t changed. But the world has.

Not every verse applies directly today. We need wisdom, love, and Spirit-led discernment to hear God through it.

The Bible points to Jesus. But Jesus—not the Bible—is the final Word.

 8.

God Is Loving—and Just

God is love. But love without justice isn’t love—it’s chaos.

God doesn’t ignore evil. Sin has real consequences. It destroys people. It wrecks lives.

A God who lets everything slide wouldn’t be good.

That’s why the cross matters. Jesus absorbed the justice we deserved and offered grace we could never earn.

Justice and mercy meet at the cross.

That’s who God is.

 9.

God’s Kingdom Is About Life Here and Now

Jesus didn’t just come to get people into heaven—He came to bring heaven to earth.

His first message was, (add comma) “The Kingdom of God is here.” That means now.

God is active in this world. Jesus came to make our current lives and our world better—by showing us how to live, how to love, and how to be restored.

When we trust Him and enter a real relationship with God, we become part of setting things right—helping others, healing brokenness, and building something better.

This isn’t just about eternity. This is about right now.

10.

Heaven and Hell Are Real—and They Start Now

Heaven is life with God—starting now and lasting forever.

Hell is cutting yourself off from that life—starting now and lasting forever.

God doesn’t force anyone into a relationship with Him[HSL5] . He invites us.

But real love requires real choice. And real choice carries real weight.

God is merciful and forgiving—but also holy and just.

Rejecting that grace has consequences.

Receiving it brings transformation.

 11.

Other Religions Hold Truth—but Jesus Is the Full Picture

Truth shows up in many places—Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, Indigenous knowledgewisdom[HSL6] , and more.

Other religions carry wisdom, beauty, and echoes of God’s voice.

But I believe Jesus is the fullest revelation of God.

He is the way, the truth, and the life. The clearest window. The complete view.

Think of it like this:

God is a mountain. Every tradition describes a side of it. But Jesus shows us the summit.

You might not know His name—but if you’re seeking love, light, and truth, I believe Jesus is already reaching for you.

 12.

You Don’t Have to Be Religious to Know God

You don’t need a title, a church, or a perfect record to meet God.

He meets people in hospital rooms, recovery centers, jail cells, bedrooms, clubs, and couches.

You just have to be real.

He’ll take it from there.

 Final Word:

This isn’t a religion.

This is a real faith.

For misfits, doubters, seekers, and survivors.

Jesus is still the way.

And He hasn’t given up on you.
